My name is Yaritza Aponte, and I am the proud founder of Made for Care, with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and home care field, I have dedicated my life to serving others with compassion, understanding, and purpose.
My educational journey includes a Certificate in Medical Billing, an Associate of Science in Medical Assisting, a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, and a Master’s in Public Health. These achievements have equipped me with the knowledge and leadership skills to build a strong, informed team—and to ensure every client receives care tailored to their unique needs.
My passion for working with individuals with disabilities was deeply influenced by family members with autism and Asperger’s. Through them, I was introduced to the Medicaid Waiver Program and inspired to advocate for others in similar situations. This personal connection fuels my commitment to making a real difference in the lives of clients and caregivers alike. I am honored to lead this agency, and I will continue working every day to improve lives and bring compassionate care to those who need it most.
