At Made For Care LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, personalized
care through a team of highly trained and experienced professionals. What sets us
apart is our commitment to continuous caregiver development — we offer specialized
training courses to enhance our caregivers’ skills, ensuring the highest quality of service
for every client.
Our services are primarily covered through Full Medicaid, including the Medicaid Waiver
Program and CDC (Consumer Directed Care) options. Clients must be enrolled through
the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the waiver program. We also offer
private pay options and accept other forms of payment, though we currently do not
accept most commercial insurance.
To begin receiving care with Made For Care LLC, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the individual is enrolled in the Medicaid Waiver Program or CDC.
2. Contact your Support Coordinator and request Made For Care LLC as your
provider agency.
3. We will conduct a face-to-face interview to match you with a suitable caregiver.
4. Your Support Coordinator must then submit a support plan and authorization to
officially begin services.
We serve individuals of all ages, provided they are enrolled in the Medicaid Waiver
Program. Eligibility must be confirmed through DCF and the Support Coordinator.
Yes, we are an approved and licensed Direct Service Provider under the Medicaid
Waiver Program.
Currently, we only accept Full Medicaid. However, we are in the process of becoming a
provider for Sunshine Health / CMS patients and will update our clients once this option
becomes available.

Absolutely. All caregivers must pass a Level 2 background screening as well as a local
background check. They must also sign an attestation of good moral character and
provide personal and professional references.
Every caregiver is carefully selected based on their experience, training, and passion for
care. Many of our caregivers are certified Home Health Aides or Medical Assistants or
have relevant experience caring for children or vulnerable adults. We also provide
ongoing training to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
